Tajima SS2555 5.5m x 25mm Sigma Stop Measuring Tape

The Tajima Sigma Stop SS2555 tape measure is designed for speed, convenience and efficient measuring and marking. Unlike conventional tape measures, which require the blade to be manually locked after pulling it out, the Sigma Stop automatically locks the tape in place as it is extended. Pressing the release button allows the blade to retract, making it particularly useful for one-handed measuring, such as when holding a pencil or marking tool in the other hand.

The lock button can also be pressed in the opposite direction to firmly secure the blade when a fixed measurement is required. This makes the Sigma Stop particularly convenient for repetitive measuring and marking, where quickly extending and releasing the tape can save time.

The SS2555 features a thicker and more rigid tape for improved stand-out and durability, helping the blade reach further without collapsing. A thick, durable claw provides a secure grip on edges and materials, while double-sided graduations make measurements easy to read from either side of the tape.
