Delivery Locations
All products sold from Kaiju Tools will be shipped from Canberra, Australia. Kaiju Tools can deliver to anywhere within Australia as well as several international locations.
Shipping Options
Our default domestic shipping option is Australia Post Parcel Post and this includes the free shipping over $120 option. Customers can also choose to ship with Australia Post Express post at checkout.
Customers who reach the $120 free shipping threshold can choose to upgrade to Australia Post Express Post at reduced cost.
Tracking and Signature on delivery
All shipping options include tracking and signature on delivery is included on orders over $300 unless otherwise requested.
Shipping Costs
Kaiju Tools offers a flat rate fee for Australia Post as follows:
- Parcel Post - $10.60
- Express Post - $15.60
Orders that reach the $120 free shipping threshold are priced accordingly, please note that some Toyo Steel products are not eligible for free shipping:
- Parcel Post - Free
- Express Post - $7.80
Estimated Delivery Times
Kaiju Tools aims to dispatch all orders within 2 business days, unforeseen delays may mean the order is dispatched at a maximum of 4 business days. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Australia Post Parcel Post: 2-6 business days
- Australia Post Express Post: 1-3 business days

International Deliveries
Our default shipping option for international deliveries is Australia Post International Post Standard.
Costs and typical delivery times depend on the destination country and weight and will be calculated at checkout.
Prohibited Goods
Please note that some of our items may be classed as prohibited goods in the destination country and therefore we cannot post them. Such items will not appear in the store for customers belonging to the destination country. Please refer to the list below for the prohibited items.
