The patented MVF-200S cross cut pliers from Marvel have incredible cutting ability due to a new fulcrum design. These have much greater cutting capacity than even the legendary yellow MVA-200N marvels which is the plier of choice for many Australian electricians. The blades are precision cast from carbon steel and heat treated to optimal hardness and long lasting sharpness.

*Please note that these have not been tested for a 1000v rating
*For cutting copper only

Features:

  • New fulcrum design greatly reduces load and increases cutting capacity (120N required to cut 5.3mm² x 3 flat cable and 300N required to cut 38.5mm² circular wire)
  • Cross cut design capable of cutting thick cables
  • Heat treated
  • Precision cast
  • Holes for tether

1 - 212mm Cross-Cut Pliers

Heard great things about these, feel great in the hand, nice and light and the cutting is incredible like butter! however to be completely honest the gripping ability of the pliers for twisting the copper is not great, with them frequently slipping off, also had the rubber handles fall off on the first day of use, probably not geared towards us Aussies, would definitely recommend the Orange Marvel crosscuts also available from Kaiju over these
